JSC UNISTOCK offers high quality services of public customs warehouse that is one of the basic business directions of the company. Clients have access to well equipped, heated warehouses, convenient access roads, safe security system and knowledgeable specialists who ensure the client with convenient, comfortable and precise completion of necessary customs procedures related to import or export.
Services of customs warehouses at JSC UNISTOCK are provided already since 1995. Today these services are used by more than 100 clients in Riga and other cities outside Riga. Within the scope of customs warehouse services JSC UNISTOCK offers its clients indoor warehouse premises in the area of 3849.4 m2 including area of 2300 m2 established for certified food warehouse, area of 150 m2 for the use of pre-clearance goods warehouse and
4119 m2 of outer area. Average turnover of cargos in customs warehouses of JSC UNISTOCK exceeds 15500 tons per year

Goods liable to customs control
Consolidation of customs freights is a type of the service offered by JSC UNISTOCK that has become essential after Latvia joining the European Union. Taking into consideration favorable geographical position of Latvia and its border with Russia, many producers of European countries are sending their production to Latvia in order to make a consolidated shipment of goods for the consumers outside the European Union.
For the storage of non-standard customs freights JSC UNISTOCK has established separate warehouse where it is possible to place units, machinery of different sizes as well as goods received in specific packaging.
JSC UNISTOCK offers to place goods in pre-clearance treatment giving each client 20 days for making a decision on the application of further customs procedures.

Services of customs warehouse
Within the scope of the services of customs warehouse, JSC UNISTOCK offers:
- Storage of manufactured goods,
- Storage of food consumables in certified warehouses,
- Storage of excise goods – alcoholic drinks, tobacco products,
- Storage of cars,
- Consolidation of the goods of the European Community for export.
We offer sorting and consolidation of received customs cargos for further consignment; electronic registering of the goods in the customs warehouse by the declarations, articles and other parameters important for the client; operations related to cargos on behalf of the client in the port, airport and other customs control points on the national border; cooperation with banks and leasing companies regarding goods the client has purchased based on factoring conditions (customs warehouse operates as the third party that in cooperation with a bank performs functions of a warehouse operator).
Besides all previously mentioned services offered by JSC UNISTOCK, renting of office and warehouse premises is another set of services provided by the company. The aim of providing these services is to attract a client to the place of provision of services and solving of all issues regarding goods logistics for the benefit of the client more efficiently.

Services of customs agent
AS UNISTOCK
offers its clients services of a customs agent: completing customs declarations; drawing up documents on behalf of the client in customs clearance points (direct or indirect representativeness); applying guarantees to customs freights; issuing packaging certificates; preparing INTRASTAT reports and handing them in CSP. Postponement of the payment of customs duties up to 10 days is a service that UNISTOCK offers to its regular clients who import goods and provide all respective tax payments and payments for the use of customs warehouse services on regular bases.
Integrated Customs Control Point No. 0265 of Riga Customs Office of the State Revenue Service rents the premises of UNISTOCK
for using them as an office space and implementing all tasks regarding Integrated Customs Control Points in accordance with the requirements of the European Community. Working hours of the Integrated Customs Control Point No. 0265 are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays; and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
