Documents archive

In 2003 JSC UNISTOCK launched new business direction: processing and storage of documents. The services are provided to legal entities, which need to file documents and those ones which wish to use premises of JSC UNISTOCK for storing their documents. Thus, the Client gets structured system in its documents and saves time as well as the Client can use its office space more efficiently and release it from keeping documents that are not necessary for daily use.

Services are provided in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia - Law "About archives", "The list of terms for storing standard documents of state institutions", "Instruction about storage, registration and usage of archive documents of legal entities", "Directives about taking over for state storing documents of legal entities which are liquidated and reorganized", instructions of the supervision department of the legal entities of the State archive and requirements of other normative documents.

Confidentiality and requirements of information protection of the documents are followed during the entire process of document storage. Premises where documents are kept and processed are guarded. Document archive of JSC UNISTOCK consists of separate and identically equipped document repositories. The total length of shelves in one storey of a premise is more than 38 km. Two-level shelf systems, which are made and certified in Europe, are set up for document storage in repositories. In each level there are 7-8 rows of shelves, so placing of documents and maintenance of them are very convenient.

     

National Archive Fund of Latvia consists of documents of informative value that are prepared by legal entities during the period of their operations. Managers of any legal entity are responsible for the quality of the respective documents.
